5/10 Post

Welcome!

I think this is supposed to be the last blog, but I am not sure. Anyway, welcome again!

This week has been probably the worst. Two AP Tests in a single week has put me right in front of the cliff. I stayed home 24 hours a day for 4 days of this week and that has been very very miserable. What I really felt after this week was that I really don't study. Or in other words, I really don't know how to study. Throughout my life, I can't remember the single time that I studied with all the efforts. All the time, I took the short cuts. I would do something right before it was due. I would look at the study guide that someone made and would only study that. And using all the other ways, my life was pretty smooth with the short cuts. But this time where there is no short cut, I struggled. Not that I didn't get the scores that I wanted(I wouldn't know because I didn't solve any), but I couldn't keep my but on the chair and stay for few hours. This time I had to study more than 10 hours a day and it felt like a torturing.

Anyway, I didn't finish the book, but  I read 1/3 of it. History always has been one of my favourites not only the subject but part of knowledge. I always felt like history was needed to be studied. And reading historical book is not so hard for me. As reading 조선왕조실록, a historical book, it was very fun and easy to read. The author wrote in really easy words that I felt like I was reading a comic book. All the imaginations of the kings and 조선 were popping up in my head while reading.

Since APs are finally over next week, I am excited to have some time not only for reading, but also for anything other than APs.
