2/14 post

Welcome to my new post!

Like I mentioned last week, I picked the new book!

It was a very tough decision to make between the book that Mr.Chae recommended and the book Ms.Yoon recommended. For Ms. Yoon who might read this post in a high chance, the only reason why I picked the other book over yours is that I have an assignment on this book by next week. It's not that I like Mr. Chae more than you! I love you both.

Anyway, my first impression on this book when I went to the book store was that this book is extremely expansive. I don't really mind spending money on books since my family all shares the book, but 26 dollar for a single book was pretty shocking. I told the owner as I was paying for it, "Wow this book is very expensive!" and he literally responded "Yeah, I know. I would just read this book in the library."

Well, regardless of what he said, I bought the book. As I started reading the book, it was pretty fun and very easy to read. Since I haven't read a great portion of it yet, I can't write a review about it, but I can tell you that it seems like a good book.

Let's talk about the main goal, making reading a habit. After a few weeks since this project started, I definitely increased the time I spend on reading. But it is too early to say that reading became a habit.

One of the outcomes of this project is that I quit playing computer games Yes, SAT is one part of it, but after reading has taken some portion of my daily time, I naturally stopped playing computer games. There is a bad effect from quitting games though. LIfe has b became less exciting. But I believe it will get better!

To all who asked if I have enjoyed the last book, I would say scientific seongkyu inside me did. The book is extremely scientific, especially genetic. But it is still pretty fun and interesting. For Sangmin who asked if he can borrow the book, Sure if you really menat it!

Thank you for reading my post
